The breakfast was quite a spread, solid enough to keep the kids happy. Also the staff were super friendly, even helped us with local tips on what to do with the little one.

We truly appreciated the clean, modern feel of the hotel, and the staff gave us a warm welcome which made us feel right at home during our stay. just a short walk away was the beautiful Valentines Park that provided a perfect green space for a relaxing stroll and we also discovered the charming Valentines Mansion & Gardens less than 2 km away, making this hotel an excellent base for city exploration.

I stayed for three nights in a Twin room. Super close to the Newbury Park tube station, made getting around so easy. The room was clean and had solid Wi-Fi, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was included and had a nice spread with enough variety to keep my mornings interesting. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever I needed something. the road noise was an issue. My room faced the main road, and traffic was pretty loud, especially early in the morning. I ended up using the earplugs they offered at the reception, which helped, but not everyone may feel comfortable with that. There were limited dining options in the hotel, so I had to venture out for dinner. Clean rooms, convenient location, but be prepared for some noise if you're a light sleeper.
